Just got home from Tubby bears after leaving demanding a refund. at first going well until after 1 hrs 20 minutes of waiting for lunch i was told its mad and lunch would be another half an hour. well children of 18 months aren't known for their patience. Although i feel sorry for the staff response was just 'its mad'. Not customer service of any sort. i never write reviews but felt the need.

I take my son and daughter every few days, my son is 4 and my daughter is 7, it has recently been taken over by new management from what i hear and it truly is brilliant. new toys, great staff and very fun experiences to be had, the place is clean and the menu has a wide variety to choose from, the play areas are great and the play frame is great my son particularly enjoys the ball pit.
all in all i think it is underrated and look forward to going every week.

i was very disapointed when i went,some staff are very rude and dont pull out all the stops to make a birthday party as good as it could be. service is a bit slow too.
quite dirty too, went early in the morning and the floor clearly had not been hooved.

I love tubby bears. The staff are great and the place is kept very clean. I have even seen staff cleaning it which i have never seen at the other large soft play in derby. Cheap, good food and you don't pay full price for under 2's.
The toliets are always clean and great for littleones who want to do it themselves.

Its a great play area but its a complete tip. The place is understaffed, the staff that are there are downright rude and unhelpful and do their best to ignore customers. There is no staff input whatsoever - my 2 year old was hurt by bigger boys throwing things and the staff just looked on saying nothing. Always a long wait for mediocre food. Will never go again!

i am a regular customer at tubby bears,its great for my older daughter (whos 6) and toddlers too.always great food,very clean and tidy,and friendly staff.we always have lots of fun at tubbys!!!

i take my younger sister (5) weekly and im more than happy with the service i get. for £3 entry in the morning my sister and i both get a free drink, the place is always very clean, with good quality food and friendly staff

very disappointed,my daughter attended party and no first aider available to help,had to ask for help no qualified first aider,lots of children banging heads etc,no one came to the rescue to check if ok.Will not be going again!

Bit disappointed with the place. There is a toddler area with lots of play kitchen stuff, play house and toy pushchairs etc which is a good thing - but a high proportion of the toys were broken and had bits missing. Disappointing, considering that this is a relatively new place.
We went early - 10 o'clock ish and were some of the first to arrive, but the toddler area - mentioned above - was like a bomb site. I know some disorder is expected, but we could hardly find space on the floor to play. It obviously hadn't been tidied up from the previous day.
The bigger play area is good with two slides and ball pool, and there is a colouring area.

Great new indoor play centre. Lots of space and lots for toddlers and babies too. Very friendly and have a good menu.
