I Take My 3 Year Old Son And 2 Year Old Daughter All The Time They Love it ! The staff are lazy and take forever to serve you at the shoe desk and the food desk they need to start serving and less chatting as it is really annoying when your standing waiting a long time !

Kc kangaroos is the best the best play centre in aberdeen. The owners are soo lovely and the staff are very welcoming. I l love taking my children there would recommend to everyone :)

We have used KC Kangaroos for years with my little girl. She loves the play area. I recommend everyone to go, the new owners are lovely. They are forever cleaning, and speaking to customers. It is not the responsibility of the staff to remove little brats it's the parents role. But I do not understand not returning to KC's because of the 'child' you get naughty little children whereever you go. The staff are great and very friendly. :o)

I'm sorry to hear your experience at KC KAngaroos was not a good one. Looking at the date this was posted this would mean your visit was on a the Saturday or the Friday?
I was working on the Friday and do not recall an incident like this happening, however was not there on the Saturday.
I do recall a small boy of 3 years old on the Friday misbehaving he was spoken to by myself 2 or 3 times after a complaint and eventually he was removed by his Grandmother for his behaviour.
Sometime in establishments like ours, children can become very excited and confrontations between children do happen, like everything else in life. We do, do our upmost to try and defuse situations like this, all we can do is ask the child to calm down firstly, then report it to their parents. Like most parents alike the parent of the child will almost certainly be overprotective of their own child so its always a delicate matter when handling situations like this, however if someone is constantly disruptive and this has been reported to a member of staff we will do our upmost to try and smooth things over so everyone can have an enjoyable experience.
Again I'm sorry your experience on this occasion was not a good one and would hope you may come back and try us again.

i took my 2 year old son there yesterday and it was absolutely awful!! he got kicked in the back, punched in the head and he wasnt the only one, two other small children got punched in the face which led to burst noses and blood everywhere!!! the staff did NOTHING!! those children should of been removed!! will never go back!!

Visited Kc Kangaroos for the first time in a couple of months as I had heard there had been new owners so thought it was worth a visit.. Yes it had been taken over and was cleaner a smelt alot better. Was speaking to the owner who said that there were going to be some changes in the new year so looking forward to seeing that!

When I walked in there were no staff at the desk and I actually had to seek one out to pay - maybe I shouldn't of and I would of got in for free! The place looked dirty and there were kids running in and out of the bigger kid play bit throwing the gate open which hit me quite hard so just as well it wasn't a smaller child. There didn't seem to be any supervision going on. The toilets were awful - my feet were sticking to the floor. The tables for the cafe bit were dirty too. Needless to say I won't be back there in a hurry!

Absoloutley awful, my son was bit when there and this is not the only incident ive heard of where violence was concerned. The place is very under staffed and if its not children fighting it is the parents. Avoid if you want your child to leave in one peice

I took my children here over a year ago, I found the place in dire need of a revamp, it was filthy. My childrens knees of there trousers looked like they had been at the park. Would never go back..

KC Kangaroos (up a flight of stairs) is a great wee place for kids to run around in. There are 2 areas, one for toddlers with soft shapes, a ball pit and small padded slides and a larger area for older kids. The big play area has various levels, with a slide, a covered slide ending up in a ball pit and lots of rollers, huge ball and tunnels.
There is a wee cafe area which serves food and drink, very reasonably prices. They do childrens parties as well. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Plenty of parking outside in the Sainsburys car park.
Toddlers are £1.25, older children £2.50 - for 1hour 30 minutes.
