4 star business hotel within close proximity to Windsor .Service was germanically efficient baby awareness sorely lacking . Difficulty in getting pram up to the hotel from the car park , no lift . Choice of stairs or slope . Barred from bringing children under the age of 16 to Brian Turner sponsored restaurant . Despite the fact not fully booked .Relegated to the other restaurant which nobody else frequented " Siberia " . Hotel no comprehension of the importance of room temperature in the hotel room . Phoned constantly to reduce room temparature . On the plus side hotel pool and gym staff excellent .
