Reviews and details of facilities:

Was looking at reviews coz I wanted to take my 2 yr old to soft play. When so many people give a good review why is it that someone adds one bad one. It's not helpful. I visited here coz buzz just seemed too awful and I was really glad. what a super friendly bright place. Katey had a great time and those PLAYHOUSES ARE WOW!!!! We both really enjoyed ourselves. Had lunch too. They were busy so we had a wwait. This was explained thouh and the food was really hot and freshly made. we'll be back.

I went to Cadwinkles for the first time today with my 18 month old niece. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The under 5s play frame was very clean and had a lot for them to do. The food was good value for money and good quality, I would go back and will most likely go back on a fortnightly basis at only £3 i thought it was very good value for money and we were there for nearly 3 hours .

I was at Cadwinkle for the first time last week and will be definately be returning. From the moment I arrived with my 2 yr old I was aware of the friendliness of staff nothing was too much trouble I must mention in particular Claire and Stephanie whos customer service was first rate. The play area was clean and bright and the food was excellent i must also mention the excellent homebaking and great coffee this place is fun for the wee one and relaxing for Mum.

Had a great time on Friday. Really good price only £3 for 2 hours. Best value. Place was really clean and the staff were doing balloon animals for all the kids for free. They were very friendly and seem to care. We're going every week - it's the best place for under 7s for miles.

Price was good, although i didn't think the baby section was big enough and it was being over run by older children who shouldn't have been in there. Resulting in my child being whacked by another child several times who was too old to be in that bit. overall was good but could be doing with a bigger play area for baby's and staff around.

Sad to see that some people deliberately write bad reviews for whatever reason. I personaly can say I have never experienced anything but good friendly service from a caring bunch of staff who may all look young but are all university students or mothers when you ask. Prices are the same as any others and the food is all freshly cooked and reasonable. I've been going for 2 years and I'l keep going.

Been in both Falkirk play areas now and Cadwinkles is the best. Homebaking is brilliant abd the staff are really friendly and seem to like playing with all the kids. My big one really likes the drop slide and can pay with his wee sister in the wee area too.

sad to hear the odd grump re cadwinks! Been to loads of different play barns/areas. Cadwinkles our favourite. Some of the staff may be youngish as an earlier review complained of, but they are very helpfull and freindly, the owner is there most of the time I go and is very open to any suggestions put their way. We found the food as good as anywhere however the coffee is GRRREAT..which mums appreciate.Im fussy re cleanliness and have no complaints. Price is on par with most places.Big enough that they have great fun and laid out that you can see kids most of time. Secure facility,

I thought this was excellent! The food was really good and I thought the staff were extremely friendly. My three kids (2,4 and 6) had a ball and I was really happy that my six year old was able to play with her younger siblings in the under 5's area! We will definetely be going back!

Have looked at some of the reviews before and can't understand them. I have a disabled son. staff wouldn't let me into big area to play with him but gave me a very reasonable explanation why. They then gave me a very friendly member of staff to play one to one with him and offered to let us come in after closing one night so I could play with him. then they wouldn't let me play. what a difference in todays world. Well done cadwinkle!

We attended this soft play area on a Saturday mornign at 10am with a group of five two year olds. It was freezing cold and there was water dripping through the roof in several places. To top it all, there was a broken mirror on the wall directly above the baby changing mat. This could have led to a very nasty accident. For this privilege we paid £4.50. We will not be back.

Had my childs birthday party here last year in February. Kids loved the place - party as good as any. Found staff very grumpy and cheeky. I have a disabled son, he is very able but just cant walk without help, staff made me get out the ballpit in the larger section of the play area and go to the baby area. My son is 5 and all his friends were playing in the larger area - imagine how he felt!!
I only booked it because he had been to a party a few weeks before and I had sat in the ballpit with him. His party was first thing in the morning and was not even busy. I am qite small built and only 5ft tall so some of the kids were bigger than me!!
Wont ever be back - think this is discriminating against disabled children.

went with my two kids, found the staff too young for looking after children with no experience, the staff were very misrible. it was very expensive and not very well managed. Also food was under cooked and kitchen looks dirty not very hyginic for a play area for kids. As i left to go into my car i noticed that all the bin bags were on the ground and the birds had been pecking them. this is one place i wont go back to and wont recommend to any of my friends.

My kids (5 and 2) had a ball there. Liked the fact that you get your own table. Recommend the square sausage rolls, I had to eat 3 as the kids were too busy playing. Staff excellent, was impressed when a young woman came over to make sure my daughter was OK after she had been pushed by her brother!!!

I regularly visit Cadwinkles with my sons 2 + 3 and would like to say contrary to a previous review I have never bought more than a coffee but always sit down at a table in fact I know that Cadwinkles policy is to only let chidren in to play if their is a table is available for the adults. Just thought I would jump to their defence as on my many visits I have found it an excellent place with very friendly staff.

Food good but not much for vegi's. Loads of highchairs. Table's could do with a good clean though but floors and high chairs spotless.
