Located upstairs at the back of beyond - or that's the way it feels! - you have to take a lift to get to the baby changing at this BHS and then walk quite a way through the shop and cafe. You go through the main door to the toilets then down a few steps with your pushchair (yes it's that practical) and have to go through the main door to the Ladies toilets, then the baby changing is a separate room on the left. The room was clean enough and had a colourful border on the wall that my daughter quite liked looking at, a nappy bin and a basin but it's pretty small and basic. I was glad I'd left the pushchair at the top of those few steps with my daughter's Dad in any case.
