Reviews and details of facilities:

West Quay provides baby changing rooms near both the Mens and Ladies loos so either sex can change their baby. They are large lockable rooms with a wc and a baby change area. This all sounds good but on the day I went there the room I went in was very dirty and I didn't feel it was at all hygienic to change my daughter in there. I certainly wouldn't have fed her in the room, I preferred to do that on a bench! There are rooms on the food terrace that I haven't been to, this was one on the car park level (meaning a ride down in the lift). I wouldn't really recommend them especially as the John Lewis in West Quay has such good reviews for their facilities.
