I've been going (along with lots of other families...) to the Arts Centre cafe with my children for a couple of years and my experience there has always been good - the staff are very friendly towards children and there is enough space to let your toddler run around a bit and to get lots of buggies in.

I've had no problems breast-feeding there (go for the leather sofas if you can, nice and comfy), but there is a seat in the baby change room (which also has a toilet for Mums/Dads) if you would like a bit of privacy.

High chairs are available and staff have always been happy to heat up food - there is a small children's menu too.
