I visited this branch of Mothercare at the weekend while shopping with my three year old. The children's toilets were absoloutley filthy, there was no soap, no coat hanger for your coat and the floor was wet through and filthy with heavens knows what! When i came out my daughters trouser bottoms were wet from the filthy floor.
When I tried to complain I waited fifteen minutes for a manager and was told that it was due to the volume of customers, which i dont accept as I often visit Music Arenas and Theatres a lot cleaner than this with a lot more people using them!
Not good when its a specific young childrens shop!

The facilities in this Mothercare are by far the best I have seen.
I first used these facilities in May 2004. The changing room is nothing spectacular, however the feeding room is excellent!
There was a large leather sofa, two chairs (one a nursing/rocking chair with foot stool) and a water cooler/despenser (free).
This room was very clean and welcoming.
Outside the room there is also comfortable chairs and hgh chairs for you to feed older babies.
I really do think this facility is the best I have experienced.
