superb, comfy chair, not to hot, free nappies and cream,

Dirty, unpleasant feeding and changing room. The nappy bin was overflowing, the rocking feeding chair was filthy. Two dirty standard chairs. No space for more than one mother and pram. Terrible. Only used because John Lewis was full. The only good thing is - at least they provide something.
