Oh my gosh! I have to write this to say how thoroughly disappointed and disgusted I am with Boots!
They have now done away with their nappy change & feeding room, it is a 'Consultation' room, whatever on earth that is.
So get this, now you are supposed to use the baby change facilities in the bus station!
I have not once used them but I will be investigating, full report on them to come ;)
So, very disapointed with Boots who no longer have the facilities mentioned below.

This shop has a baby feed and change facility at the back of the shop, near the baby isles.
It contains a changing mat and sink, sometimes complimentary wipes. It also provides a nappy bin.
The room also contains chairs, and one corner off the room can be cordened off by pulling the curtain round - giving privacy to breast feeding mums.
The staff are helpful also.
The only downside to the facility is its dilapidated appearance. It is a bit basic. It does not contain a bottle warmer.
Overall I would say it is a no frills facility.

This is a fairly new facility and very clean. The best we have seen.
