took my child there today, incredibly rude security staff made us queue with all the teenagers, then the queueing system failed. waste of time dealing with this department and its less than adequate civil servant management such as mr bowes slowed the whole process down causing my wife and I to argue and eventually zac started to cry. facilities are nothing without staff personality.

Good facility on second floor of passport office. You will definitely need it if you have to bring baby & queue in this building as the wait feels like three days... Two changing mats and sink to wash up afterwards. If this had been in different building it would have received four stars.
