Right next to Starbuck's in the gallery foyer. Drop down changing tables in two of the three loos at the gallery. No wipes provided but loos are clean and modern (part of the gallery refurbishment opened in October 2003). Nearest stations - Waterloo and Embankment (each about 10 mins walk). The London Eye is about 5 mins from here.
