Went for Sunday lunch - Apr 2008 - They offered their normal menu plus the option of a carvery. This was great value for money (£7.25 / person) and offering 2 meats was better than the average carvery in terms of quality. Friendly staff. Good size outdoor play area. The indoor play area was on the smaller size and if more than about 8 children on the appartatus, would be considered very cramped. It was also un manned and accessed externally, therfore requiring full time supervision. I was expecting something bigger, but nevertheless, as it was not busy when we went, we had great food, and my child enjoyed herself alot. We would go back!

Spent Mothering Sunday here, was fantastic. It was very busy but the staff still found time for the children. Play areas are great. Will be going back soon!

Great family and dining pub. Finally a pub that does excellent food but is also child friendly.

Great family pub. They have a great ball pool, slide indoor play area, outdoor play area, baby changing and wheelchair access. They have a great children's menu and plenty of high chairs.
