They have a parents room on 4th floor which is very spacious. Separate feeding rooms and changing place. Fathers can also accompany their kids.

The best in Central London that I know of, and must be the biggest. It isn't a "changing room", but a whole lot of rooms. There's separate feeding rooms for bottle and breast feedings, and changing tables, etc.
