A fantastic place. The staff are frendly and well informed, the facilities are simple but adiqute, and the experiance is one that the whole family can enjoy. Have been here many times with my two children and all of us have left at closing time wanting to stay longer. A fantastic day every time!

I would not recommend this attraction to anyone unless, of course, you want to feel like an intruder whose only worth is the money you spend. The staff were miserable and extremely unhelpful. The manager in particular has no people skills and treats his customers with utter disrespect (if you need more evidence of this you should read the netmums reviews). I was so incensed by the attitude of the staff that I emailed him a complaint - something I'm not in the habit of doing but such was the strength of my feelings. The reply I received was arrogant, condescending and obnoxious. Suffice to say I won't be going again and would advise others to steer clear.

My 3 children (7, 5 and 2) and I went to visit the farm last weekend. We bought the combined tickets for both farm and soft play area. Unfortunately after an hour, my little one started sufferring from an ear infection, and was crying so much we couldn't go into the soft play area. I talked to the manager to ask for a refund on this part of the ticket (worth £ 7), and he made it clear (quite rudely too) that he didn't give any refunds under no circumstances. I won't be going again (it wasn't our first time) and obviously won't be recommending the place.

We had a great couple of hours here. The staff were friendly and also informative. We have a 6m old baby and she loved getting close to the animals. They sell food to give to the animals at 25p per bag. We fed the Sheep, Goats, Chickens, Horses and Ducks. Good baby changing facilities and lots to keep older children occupied. Take a pack lunch because there are plenty of tables. There is also a cafe on site and a shop which sells drinks and ices etc. My wife breast fed and nobody seem to care. The walk around the fields including watching the emus(!)was lovely. here is a two large play areas builtout of straw . One for the under 5's and the other larger one for the over 5's. Lots of fun for all ages. If you want to have a stroll after the farm you can go into the village of Esholt and see a beautiful dales village. They use to film Emmerdale here and the Woolpack is a fully functioning pub that has tables outside. All in all a great time for all.

They have various farm animals and some other exotic ones. They offer tractor rides and you can play in the hay in the barm.

There are plenty of picnic tables and a large play area outside. There is a tea room which offers various snacks.
