I agree the staff are friendly and the food is good, the problem arises with the smoking issue which makes it very unchildfriendly in my opinion.
The no smoking area is pointless as the cafe/restaurant is very small and so if someone smokes in the smoking area it drifts into the non smoking area!
We used to go quite regularly and always enjoyed our meals until we had the experience of someone lighting up, it totally ruined our meal and we would never go again, and especially not with our toddler. Why small places allow smoking in this day and age I do not know.

This place is well worth a visit if you have children. All staff are extremely friendly and patient with children of all ages. There is a childrens menu and there are high chairs available. Staff are willing to warm bottles of milk and you will feel comfortable enough to breastfeed without worry. There is a very clean nappy changing area in the ladies' toilets. There is also a no smoking area and it's an excellent example of how establishments can accomodate children without hassle.
