Excellent fish & Chips, the best in the town. Extensive menu that has pretty much everything for both adults and children. Staff were more than happy to modify the meals on the menu to suit my fussy tribe and the cost was very reasonable. Not alot of space in between tables to get a pushchair in but there are areas to park the buggy easily. Super fish tank which my mob loved. The restaurant has tables and chairs outside on a pedestrianised area so very safe for the kids to toddle and also great place to relax and watch the world walk by without having to restrain the brood. Very clean, great simple food, helpful and friendly staff. Used the loos there and although a bit old were very clean but not suitable for changing a nappy in as there is no room however the owners informed me they are upgrading the facilities to include a mother and baby room as well as a disabled toilet. Dont let that put you off though as it really was a lovely friendly place to eat so much so that my kids wanted to go back and eat there for the whole of our four day stay.

Might not be the cheapest but undoubtedly the best fish and chips in Aberystwyth.
If you sit in to eat with a toddler they have 3 clean good quality high chairs and a large fish tank to keep the little ones occupied. Only downside could be that the isles between the fixed tables and chairs aren't very wide so you might have difficulties getting a buggy through.
Being at the top end of town there is also a lot of activity outside to distract toddlers. Across the road there is the clocktower toy shop which has a large train layout downstairs, Thomas and his dad went over there to keep Thomas amused whilst the food was being cooked.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We just ordered 2 meals and put some on a small plate for Thomas to eat. Didn't experience toilet facilities to comment on whether they have any nappy changing facilities.
