This car park is terrible. Badly lit and vsry smelly on the ramps to access other floors. Use the loos at your peril. Much better to use park and ride unless you need to park centrally.

Levels 2 & 4 of the Westgate Car Park next to the pedestrian bridge into the Westgate Shopping Centre for Baby Changing facilities.
