Rand Farm park is a great place to take children of all ages. I often visit with my 2 year old and my 6 year old and they love it. It does not matter if the weather is not too good either. They have indoor play areas and most of the animal viewing is done undercover. Well worth a visit rain or shine. The staff are really good with the children too. The cafe is very traditional and thefood selection is good. The nappy changing facilities are also good and there are places all over the farm for you to wash your hands (after touching animals etc). The play area outside is quite big and it is a good place to take a picnic on a nice day. They also serve packed lunch type meals in the cafe.

Fab day out for all ages, we went for a full day, there were 3 adults and 4 children aged 9,5,3 and 1. We took park in feeding sessions which the little ones loved - labms, horses goats etc. We could also see the cows being milked. There is a very large outdoor playground and two indoor play areas which have huge long slides, climbing walls, ropebridges etc for the older ones and little "play pods" for the toddlers. There are picnic areas or if you prefer a nice cafe. Fab day out for all ages.
