I have a free annual pass and have visited the Sea Life Centre at least 50 times. The staff are brilliant, it is never too much trouble to be helped with prams/children etc. There is a large disabled loo/changing area and the cafe is reasonable. There is a disabled lift for prams and it is fine. Play area upstairs is brilliant. All in all it is a great place to take the kids - even little ones. One down side - there are some steps at the end of the 'fish tunnel' which it does not warn you about in advance and it is hard work with a twin side-by-side buggy.
