Brilliant place, always spotless really fresh smelling. Excellent facilities, such as Microwave to warm up your hungry toddlers milk or food. Straightener if they have run you ragid all day. Huge toilets to accomodate puishchairs. domesd changing tables to slot your little one safely into. I have never found this place unclean or smelly. What more can mum want. Best facilities in the City Centre. Just not a great place to shop Yet!

Personally I feel this is the best changing facility in the City centre. Clean, large space, nice breast feeding area as well.

i found this place very noisy and intimidating, im a young mum and dont like the movement of people around it, may be good for older mums or at least older children as they have playpens etc

Great feeding and changing facilities. Can't fault them at all. Perfectly clean, plenty of space, nice comfortable private feeding area.

Excellent changing and feeding facilities. There are 3 changing areas, 2 family toilets, a playpen and a comfy chair in the main area and a curtained area with 2 comfy chairs for feeding.
