Reviews and details of facilities:
As far as I am aware Waitrose has the only public nappy change facility in Ruislip (not including restaurants where you have to be a customer to use the facilities). It's not fantastic, but at least there is a changing table in the disabled loo and you can take your pushchair in there too. The staff in Waitrose are generally very child-friendly and will help with packing, taking shopping to car, etc if you are feeling harrassed by difficult toddlers!
