The Chimes is a nice new shopping centre and there is a baby room (I think one on each floor), but in my opinion this is really badly designed. The toilets in the baby room are tiny so you could not take a pushchair in there with you. There is also a little seating area where you could breastfeed but again far too small for a buggy. I have been in there when there were 3 buggies filling up the entrance and in front of the sinks so there is barely any room to move around. Also you can't see your buggy from the feeding area, so you just have to hope that you don't need to leave your shopping on there! I have to say that there is a disabled toilet nearby if you need to use the loo and take the pushchair with you (but no changing table in there), but overall it does annoy me that this is a new shopping centre and they gave so little thought to what kind of facilities would be useful for parents!
