If you are visiting Alton Towers or the Peak District as we were with our family aged 2 months 5 and 14 years, it is sometimes difficult to find a park that can accomodate all the needs such as ours. The Star ticked all the boxes for us. A large play park, exceptionally clean facilities, a parent and child room that was geat for feeding/bathing/changing etc. The staff can sometimes appear to be stand offish at first, as they busy themselves with the daily work, but they do not seem to let up cleaning and mowing and sweeping, and washing !!!!! When the work has been done, the members of staff I encountered, were happy to spend time to stop and talk, and gave us lots of useful information about the area, and books with discount vouchers in them. We will definatley return next year, as when the little one is older, we want to send more time in the Peaks.

Family play park that the kids loved.
Parent and Baby bathroom.
Safe and secure feel to the place.
No single sex groups here-so there were only families and couples.
Very close to Alton Towers ( 5mins by car).
Very clean & Modern facilities.
Friendly and helpful staff.
