There is now an excellent screened area for breast-feeding mothers. The store is wonderful for children, with the houses throughout the departments, and there is a small park at the entrance too. Very child friendly.

The children's section is full of exciting things (they want you to buy of course) but no one seems to mind if your child tries them out. The slide to go into this area is particularly popular! There are also little play houses with toys in every department!

This store mostly offers excellent facilities for new mothers and parents of children of all ages. The cafe is particularly good, offering microwave ovens, an abundance of high chairs, plastic cuttlery, free bibs plus a free jar of baby food when a main meal is purchased. There is a play area situated in the middle of the cafe for toddlers to play and watch tv, but a more private area for nursing mothers would be helpful - tables in the cafe are very 'open plan'. On the downside, the main nappy changing facilities are not on the same floor as the cafe so you would have to go down in the lift to get there. The toilets nearest to the cafe only offer one baby changing station which gets very busy when more than one baby needs a new nappy. Car parking facilities for mother and babies are excellent, right outside the entrance and there are always plenty of trolleys with baby seats available. However, the lifts are extremely slow and getting up to the top floor sometimes takes over 10 minutes - a long time with a small child or baby. They could do with being a lot faster. There is a creche facility and staff are always helpful.
