Thank you for your feedback about our soft play area. We are sorry you do not feel you can bring your son here at the moment. In response to your comments we are currently looking to hire more staff so there is extra supervision. We are currently addressing the issue of the matting and repairs are underway. The equipment is thoroughly checked to comply with health and safety to ensure it is completely safe for the kids.
We have also just improved our signs surrounding the under-three sensory area to make sure everyone knows that this is for the younger kids.

I have been taking my son to LC2 play area since he was 5 months old, there is a wonderful sensory room filled with bubbles and ball pits, and there is a slide, he's now 14months and hes started venturing upstaires with the big kids. i Have to say though, the soft padding is sometimes comeing away and stuck back down with what looks like duck tape... and there is usually only one person looking after both areas and the dont control the boistrous kids going in the baby area... when it was quiet there it was good. but since its become more popular i dont feel i can take my son due to the lack of supervision there.

I reguraly take my youngest child to the LC play area. He absolutely loves it. The play area is so much fun for him and its in such a nice, friendly atmosphere. The staff have always been kind and helpful and I think it's very reasonably priced.
My eldest 2 have been to the Waterpark several times and they can't get enough of it.
All the baby and child facilities are always clean and to a very high standard.

went to the lc2 with my 2 children on thursday morning for a play. my little boy is 3 and wanted to give him a treat it cost £4 which i think is reasonable however i was charged for my 6 month old little girl!! £3 and she sat in her pram for the whole time!! i think this is shocking and the pricing policy should be looked at straight away.. it was over crowded and reception staff useless!! however nappy changing facilities were clean it still a disappointing visit

I went to LC2 last week and loved it there is loads to to There is a play area waterpark and climbing wall. I really love all the slides they are wicked. My favourite is the current which sort of pulls you along it is awsome. I will definatly go back again
