After nearly three years we paid our second visit to see whether we would still find this attraction a great day out. Sometimes you can find that attractions go stale after a few years but this cannot be said for @Bristol. They have recently spent around 1.5 million on new exhibits "All about us". The family-friendly permanent exhibition has been designed around seven themes of Cardiovascular, Reproduction, Locomotion, Senses, Digestion, DNA and Brains allowing visitors to test human phenomena and engage in real science by exploring how our bodies and our brains relate to the world around us.
It's fantastic to see the improvements, it was great before, now it is fantastic. My 8 year old literally could have stayed here for days on end exploring, investigating, inventing, playing and learning. This place makes science fun and exciting and really delivers the wow factor. It is clean, clever and creative. Full hands-on science for all the family. The animation section is great fun and my son reallly enjoyed the tv section where you can be a tv presenter or be on the editing desk.
The staff are enthusiastic and engaging with the children and are around to help and facilitate activities.
As before I can't fault this attraction at all, it's excellent, top marks.

Explore-At-Bristol lives up to its claims that it is one of the UK's most exciting hands-on science centres!
Lots of interactive exhibits and special exhibitions, hands on experiments, planetarium show and lots more.
Initially i was taken aback by all the exhibits but once we got into the swing of things there was no stopping us.
My 5 year old absolutely loved the tornado machine and the shadow machine. I was shocked when he sat absolutely still stunned in the planetarium listening and answering questions in total awe.
The other highlight for him was the travel section where he could pretend to work in an airport.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the cafe at the beginning served healthy options at a reasonable cost. The shop at the exit was full of fun interesting things and again was not overpriced.
Finding explore at bristol was straight forward and the area in front was an attraction in itself with the water.
Highly recommended.
