been there with my 2 boys ordered food had taken ages to get to us ,it was not the best bread was stale and the salad looked like it was passed its sell by date, the attitude on the staff was just as bad ,and i noticed from 1 of the other comments that no drugs can be seen after the adult parties so does that mean that drugs are being used on these parties if so i for 1 will not be returning as im not going to put my two boys at risk by finding something after these parties so i will be returning to world of play as the food is better and its warmer for the kids

Have been a couple of times with my kids, Everytime i have ordered food it has taken ages to come to me, even when its not busy!, the staff look as though they are all about 12 and thats when you do actually see somebody, they are too young and inexperienced to deal with customer queries and complaints, kids like it in there but personally i cant stand it there! Think its really expensive aswell for young children who dont get the full benefit of the place! The toasties are nice but thats only because it disguises the stale bread they use!

I strongly suspect that Cortana has a personal agenda for her comments as this place is extremely clean and friendly and my granddaughter, like all the other children here, love it there!

i went to wackys today with my little girl. i had such a shock as the manager who was quite young was fantastio he knew exacltly what to do and instructed his staff to do jobs aswell as keeping the children happy.... it was a bit cold in their but it is ok... they do need to get heating... but he soon had the adults running around with the children. Very well done to all staff and thank you for making my daughters birthday so very pleasent

I think this place is wonderfull. They have a variety of different offers. Monday mates, toodler tuesdays, wacky wednesdays etc. Very cheap to get in and food is lovely, prepared well too.
i have been going here a while now and i think the staff are marvellous and have very good customer skills. Many of my friends have been here and each and every one of them have come back to me with good comments about the play centre. The owner who i met there one of the first times i started taken my child was very nice to talk to and was also very friendly. She showed me all their party rooms and give me information on them. I was very pleased and will be booking one in the future. She also give me infomation on their Adult Nights which i thought was a fantastic idea and seemed alot of fun for us adults :) The Play structure was immaculate and very well supervised. They had music playing in the backround with disco lights and a childrens entertainer who seemed to be fab!
The toilets were clean and smelt very refreshing.
My child loves it and hasnt stopped nagging to keep going back since. Very colourful and spotless place, you can clearly see how much time and effort has been put into the place by everyone. I will deffinatly be returning again. Amazing place, well done :)

I find the comments about the staff at this place very at odds with my experience...do they have different shifts?? And the place is totally spotless. Any regular user will know this. As for the personal comments about the owner - it could not have been her on the 24th of October because she was in Spain!! I suspect that comment is placed by a competitor. The food menu is simple, but very good. The kitchen is small, ans kept spotless - I asked to see it before I would eat as I have a bit of a phobia about eating out. It amazes me that they can keep up with orders as only one person does all the food in a very tiny space. This place had been recommended to me for a party, so I went along to check it out. I asked for the owner, and was told she was in Spain. so this makes me very suspicious of that comment about her being in debt ect. I would try to go and check it out if I were you as my kids absolutely loved it and the Monday Mates thing they have is fantastic value for money. Both my kids got in for £2.50 so I could afford for us all to eat a lovely lunch which also only came to £5.40 for two lots of sandwiches, fruit, drinks for the kids and a toastie for me. Well done.

I find the last comment unbelievable!! I have been there three times this week and have fouind the place FANTASTIC the staff are friendly and willing to help and the food was great, to talk about the owner when you know nothing about her is beyond me my children are nagging to go to the Halloween party! And to be honest they are not the only ones who can't wait to go there I'm also looking forward to our next visit.

went there with my 2 kids and i was not impressed by the staff as they have the customer skills of a wart hog, the place was dirty and the toilets was stinking and when i ordered food it was minging it was cold and it was a lifetime b4 it got to me and the owner looks at you as if you are dirt and she goes on as if she was special(NOT) but infact she was just bragging herself up and slagging the staff off ,and ive heard on the grapevine she was in serious debt and if the food and service is anything to go by she aint gona be there that long,

I went with my daughter and some friends to Whacky's for the first time recently on a Saturday and expected it to be hectic, but it wasn't. There was a spare table to sit where we had a clear view of the children playing. I thought it was very good, very clean and the staff pleasant. The children especially loved the slides where you climbed up a fair few steps and got a mat to sit on and slide down! We ordered food which did take a long time to arrive, but when it did it was very good and very reasonable. There wasn't a great choice but in a way nice not to see chips on the menu. The toasted sandwiches were lovely. I am going back tomorrow with another friend.

I have been to wacky's a few times - on very busy days and on quieter days and the quality is the same - only the length of time you have to wait for food differs, and to be fair when it is really busy and dozens of people are ordering at the same time it's to be expected. There are times when I have been there and it's absolutely heaving and I did wait about an hour for my food, but when I went up to ask it was explained to me, and it is just a snack bar at the end of the day - not a fully fledged resturaunt. And the kitchen is tiny.It amazes me that they get all the food out at all - as I saw the kitchen myself!! So hats off to them for still providing a very clean, safe, cheap environment. The staff are aways so willing to please. I read back on the other comments and I must say to read about poor staff attitude amazed me - so that person must have done or said something to upset the staff as in ass the times I have gone there I have never witnessed anything but politeness and helpfullness. And it's still only about a year or so old I think.

have been going to wackys since oct/nov 2008 with a group of friends and our children aged between 2 & 4 and we have always been very impressed with the whole place - toilets sparkling incl antibacterial soap, LOL! the staff are very friendly & helpful, the food is good - not just the usual junk kids meal - the lunchbox is a sandwich, apple/banana, sugar free squash.. the staff take pride in making sure everything is spotless! the babychanging area is excellent.. it is quite a small place and i definately agree that there is a very small seating area and when it gets busy it feels very crowded with parents having nowhere to sit. on the parking issue - this morning i had an £85 parking ticket through the post from the day where it was pouring down with rain and gale force winds and with a 2yr old - i also havent even noticed the signs previously as they are so small - the staff have also informed us of the landlord - how miserable he must be!!! so please dont give the landlord the satisfaction by being able to have the chance to make money off our backs!!

I went there the other week and a nasty aggressive bloke was dishing out parking tickets. It did not put me off however. The staff explained it was the Landlord who obviously has something against women and children as he is only targeting them and not the other businesses on the site, which is totally out of order. dont' let it put anyone off going there, apparently he is only there now and again to cause trouble for them which is a real shame. We had a brilliant time, food was really good quality and plenty of it. Prices are so cheap - and this day and age we need it too. It's bright and clean, well supervised with friendly staff. I have booked a party for my little one in March. :)

I've now been to Wacky's three times and my son (5yrs) loves it there. It's a bit smaller than some of the other local soft play areas, and seating is a little restricted. However, excellent equipment, although probably suited to the younger age range (ie up to 7 years or so).

I have not been to any other similar establishment with such good levels of supervision - makes me feel more comfortable letting my son go off on his own.

We've also been to a party there. Simple but good quality party tea and plenty of it - even the adults didn't finish it off!

If they could improve the seating area then they would have scored higher!

Just come from Wacky's on a rainy day in the school hols. It was really busy. Kids loved it there with lots to keep them entertained. The only downside is that there's not enough seating for adults or for children to eat their food when it's that busy. Food was nice when it came tho.

Simply amazing. About time we had somewhere decent in Swansea to take our children to play in a clean, safe, friendly environment. Kelly, are you sure you went to the right place? What a refreshing change to have a healthy menu instead of the normal chips, nugget etc. We enjoyed it very much and have been there several times.

I found it dull and boring, my child, christopher aged 7 was bored after being here for only 20 minutes. The food here is quite bland and I personally won't be coming here again, the slides and padding are not made of good substances which could put children at risk. Also I find the drinks license idea, very foolish. Because you are then sending children home with possibly drunk parents, which is very irresponsible.

WOW! What a brilliant new play centre. Light, bright, colourful, lots on offer - drop off and shop, after school club, also coming up - reading sessions, interactive games, arts and crafts. A much different attitude to children's and adults play. Fabulous staff, clean place. They are doing children's karaoke, and have applied for a drinks licence for us adults to go of an evening and watch live bands whilst the children play. What a fantastic new place. go check it out. Its fab.
