This place has so much potential but sadly it is let down by cleanliness and the standard of the food. We have visited on several occassions and it just gets worse every time. We drive over 1/2 hour to meet friends here and unfortunately after our last visit I won't bother again. The toilets are disgusting, the play frame is thick with dust and needs a good clean! The food was so bad last time that we ended up taking the kids to MCDonalds round the corner as they were starving. Shame that the place is so badly let down by the basics.

Arrived last week at 09.30 for the first time. Two bins were overflowing, my toddler helped herself to a drinks bottle from an overflowing bin and started drinking from it.... The matted area for babies was filthy round the edges and needed a good clean. The features in the babies matted area are also browned with grime and dirt. This of all areas should be cleaned and disinfected daily. Most toys that needed batteries did not work as the batteries were flat.
Staff were very friendly but should focus there time on cleaning rather talking with each other.
Was very concerned that the baby area obviously was full of germs.
Most annoying thing was that staff were walking past one of the overflowing bins, it still had not been emptied when I left at 11.00 am.

A lovely place, pleasent atmosphere, superb facilities for children of all ages. My child loves the bubbles and fibre optics, its nice to have an area for the babies and the toddlers. Great layout. Its a unique place that i will visit over and over again
