great fun for kids but the staff are rude, ignorant and unhelpful. The queing is a disgrace in there and the satff are in no hurry to see to you. I think as it is a family run business they do not care of your opinion or childs needs but I continue to take my children there as they love to play but I will not pay for their hideous food or drinks which took hours to arrive! I ordered a latte once and this was the last time I ever will order anything from there as I was given a black coffee and told to put my own milk in it!! They are simply BLUNT and thick in my opinion

I agree 100% with the comments listed! It's such a shame as the facilties are the best in the area but the staff are awful! unfriendly and unhelpful! what ever you do dont book a party there the service is so poor! They only seem interested in the money and nothing else!! The hygiene standards are very low too!

The actual equipment and 'slides/ Funworld' is great, ashame about the management! I find the staff extremely miserable. Waited in a queue for 15 minutes for a coffee. No first aid box!!!
One child was sick in the ball pit and refused to clean it up staff said 'it's your problem.
Such a shame Wombourne needs facilities like these and parents crying out for this in the local area, seems too busy taking our money and not managing it properly!!! Signing in very lax, no idea of how many children are in, a serious accident waiting to happen. Heard so many complaints now. Sort it out!!!

great equipment but its unclean and staff are vile, expensive, food takes hours, travel further for a good day out. not worth the money never met 1 friendly member of staff.
