i have visited Runamok a few times now as it's quite close walking distance for me but every time i go it's dissapointing. very unfriendly staff, dirty toilets, very unruly children and in my opinion they let far too many children in. the baby change area is always dirty. i have tried to like it but just cant i will not try again and will stick to the better quality animal magic. it's worth the car drive and much better equipment and the coffee and food are also much better with the added bonus of the animals and the climbing wall.

We are huge fans of Runamok! We've been going quite often since it opened and have never been disappointed! Recently held my wee ones party here and it was a huge success!! He had a great time and the staff were fantastic! 'Party co ordinator' Laura made sure all kids had a great time! We were so impressed. The food for the kids was great compared to other places I ve taken my son. Food is always good in the cafe too.Play frame is great! Always clean, friendly and a pleasure to visit! 'Henk the bubble man' never fails to amuse!!! Love Runamok!!

Attended a birthday party here recently & we weren't very impressed!! The softplay itself is excellent, the kids all loved it. When attending a party, however, kids get 30 mins in the party room, doesn't seem long enough! There wasn't very much food & the staff aren't that friendly! They should be more enthusiastic instead of just standing there! We bought Macaroni for ourselves from the cafe, £4 for that with chips & salad. Didn't think it was too bad until we realised it was tinned macaroni!! What a rip off!! They're obviously only interested in making money which is a shame as we won't be going back there, neither will our friends who were there!

amazing place really friendly staff my little girls enjoys herself every time she goes and its hard getting her home they have party rooms and they are really good sizes and decorated really nicely the play frame is really big and has so much to do on it that kids dont get bored and also adults are allowed on as well they have a seperate toddler bit which is very good so no big ones can run in and out and no little ones are getting hurt

Fantastic softplay. Clean bright and staff so helpful. Go there often with my two wee boys and had a great time. Homemade soup is a must and other meals reasonable. Family run which makes it a pleasure as they seem to remember you. Heard about it on Radio Clyde and went on their website www.runamoksoftplay.co.uk Dont think I would go anywhere else now.
