Following the long awaited departure of Burger King, I had high hopes for whatever would replace it. I was therefore very disappointed that KFC took up the responsibility of providing Aber with poor quality, unhealthy food.
I couldn't imagine anyone wanting to take their child to a place where they know the food is going to be so bad for them. I understand that children enjoy it and want to go there, but only because they're taken there in the first place and because the "food" is marketed to make them nag parents into being taken.
Aber simply doesn't need the likes of KFC and McDonalds. There are plenty of good quality, well priced cafes and restaurants, for example Blue Creek or the Treehouse.
Give Aber's local, good quality restaurants a chance against these purveyors of rubbish, they try so hard and they deserve it!

KFC has no replaced Burger King since it shut down. KFC is much cleaner than BK was and looks a lot better after the refurbishment. It seems better cared for, and the service is faster and more efficient. There only appears to be one ladies loo which is also a baby change room and a disabled loo all at the same time, so could get tricky if it's busy. There is a fold down baby changing table in there. Food is as you would expect for KFC - I quite like it - makes a nice change from BK and McDonalds!!
