Access into the store is also pretty poor. Yes, you can use the disabled lift by the main doors but it's not particularly easy to get in and out of. The ramp on the ground floor is located in some out of the way corner and other customers/displays make manoevering a pram pretty difficult.
Can't comment on facilities as we didn't stay long enough to find out.

The changing room is very pokey and a bit smelly. It's really awkward to get into with a pram and they don't provide anywhere to breastfeed.

The ladies toilet (sorry to all you lone Dads) has a proper changing station attached to the wall. However, this is situated just inside the entrance to the toilet so there is no privacy and not a lot of room to manoeuvre prams and spare children! The toilets do not give the impression of being very clean either, but this is mainly caused by fading decor.
