Went today on a busy period on a Saturday. It was my first visit and I will be returning and buying an annual pass. I was let in straight away and the assistant was just brilliant with my 19 month old. She explained where everything was and said to ask if I needed anything.
The tots area is small but awesome! My son was happy going in alone and I was happy as I could see him the whole time. He loved the area. I also took him in the big children area and it was brilliant. He loved it and didn't want to leave.
I agree about the food being low and was slightly worried but my little one knows he can't have it and was happy when he walked straight. Y but understand why some have wrote what they have.
I used the baby change whilst there and it was clean and I had no problems with it. Not loads of seating but you can easily see you child if you position yourself well for tots not so much for the older ones thou.
I'm looking forward to going back this week and getting a annual pass for my monkey!

Don't be put off visiting by the few negative reviews on here, this is a great play centre, the staff are brilliant and spend lots of time looking after the customers. When it's busy you do have to wait but surely that's the same wherever you go if it's popular? As for the crisps and chocolate on the counter, well my children understand the word 'no' but I often don't mind letting them having a treat after an hour or two or running around.

Waited for 15 minutes just to be allowed through the door! Parents were ignored whilst children squirmed, one parent resorted to shouting to the staff as his 3 year old needed the loo. Another parent eventually let th in. Once allowed in (only so many for health and safety reasons) the kids loved it. Tea and coffee are £1.60 but the counter offers crisps and sweets at toddler height (Que the screams and tantrums). Overall good for kids but don't go at weekends.

Its fun for the children but a huge stress for the parents.
Kids have a lovely time running around the 2 story soft play but when it comes to walking past the desk it causes nothing but stresses for parents as all the sugary chocolat and crisps are out on display at CHILDRENS eye and finger hights. One peek of those cookies or chocolate bars and its tantrum central. Today we noticed at least 8 children getting upset as they wanted a treat, and parents feel bullied in to buying them as other parents and the staff stand and stare.
the staff are adequate, they tend to ignore the "non regulars" and left our free cup of tea and coffee on the side without telling us it was there after informing us they would bring it over. Also they neglected to give us the juice they seemed to give to every other parent in the place.
i think the snacks need to be moved behind the counter so not to tempt the children. and the books and toys they sell need to be moved higher.
The toilets need a bit of work as there is only 1 big and 1 small toilet in the ladies.... in a place made for children you would think there should be more

Took the kids today. It was busy, but it was raining so what do you expect. This is a really good play centre, the staff are so nice. The play equipment is quite big, lots of slides and trampolines etc. Good coffee, cake and free papers made waiting for the kids to wear themselves all the more enjoyable.

This is by far the nicest play centre I've been to and really clean. It's got a totally different feel to the normal warehouse type places. Kids love the trampolines and the fact that there's a lady doing crafty activities and music/stories.

I visited this play area today for the first time and was asked by another customer to help find a staff member as there was a toddler at the top of the stairs. I approached a member of staff who was cleaning up after the party and she told me to ask the child to point out his parents. she then continued to clean the tables leaving customers to find the childs parents. The child was approx. 18 mths/2 years. Less than impressed by her attitude.

i have recently become a "weekend - dad" and because of this, i have been searching the local area for somewhere to take my daughter for quality time together. We discovered The Jungle in Warrington and was delighted at my experience. The equipment was very well maintained, plenty of room in which to relax, whilst never being too far away from my child and was even treated to a magazine to read for dads, not just your "womans weekly type mag" !!
The staff were extremely helpful and provided me with one of the best cappuccino's i've had in years, along with a very filling Bacon, Brie and Cranberry panini tainted with salad and crisps. There was a childrens party in full swing when i arrived and having seen how they are professionally run, i am considering a party for my child in October.
I highly recommend a visit, access is easy just off m62 junct 9 and is on the A49 leading into Warrington.

I read Jane's review last week and have just been today. She's right, it's brilliant. They've now got a play area on their mezzanine floor for babies under 2. Tip for Jane. Cappucino cake to go with the Latte. mmmm

The Jungle is the best soft play area I have visited and certainly beats the others in the area hands down.
There's a huge play area for over 3's with a really long, 4-lane waterfall slide (no need to take your costume!), a snake slide and two trampolines that my daughter just loves. There's also a smaller area for toddlers.
The cafe serves freshly prepared food - sandwiches/panini's etc and delicious looking cakes and you can always get a tea-cake or toast (some places will only serve these in the morning!). The coffee is served from a proper machine - I just love the latte's.
The staff are really helpful and as I've been a few times, they know me and make me feel like a friend so if I'm ever on my own there's someone to have a chat to.
There's baby changing in the disabled toilets and I forgot my nappy bag the other day and was supplied with a free nappy, wipes and bib - no questions asked!
