I love this place, especially as it's somewhere I used to go before motherhood (hence is my link to a former, care-free time)! You do have to wait quite a while for the food, but the kids menu is good, staff heat up any food brought from home, there's a sand-pit and baskets of toys, plenty of high chairs, and baby-changing facilities. Staff are nice too.
