Come here with my nephews and we have a great time. Staff friendly and attentive and there are lots of new activites being held such as arts and crafts and dance classes some of which are free! We especially enjoyed the arts and crafts and the storytime. I could relax and have a coffee while the boys could play. Its been a Godsend with the miserable summer we have had when I have been looking after the boys. Nice and clean, nice food and an inexpensive day out when you consider it cost me £30 to take the two of them to the cinema.

Child's play USED to be lovely and clean, I guess that was just because it was new. Took my daughter there today and it smelt awful and is filthy. The outsides of the playframe are thick with dust, cobwebs cover the windows and the balls in the pits are dirty too. And what do the 'supervisors' get paid for? I only saw them walking around together chatting and paying no attention to any of the children.

The staff are very friendly my little one enjoys going here much more than Go Bananas as this play area is much cleaner.(There are no sweets or old food in the ball pools!!)

The best place to go if you want your children to feel safe and you mind put at ease. The staff are always very friendly, the food is always good, and i will continue to return regularly and we recommend it to all.

Excellent all round, many of my friend agree we go every week, really friendly staff, Great food, Staff actually take part and interact with children, facilities such as toilets are pretty much brand new,partys are excelent fun, overall very please and highly recomend to all,

This is a good play area however the food is AWFUL. Luckily my children haven't hurt themselves so I can't comment on that aspect. Much better for toddlers than Go Banana's (the only alternative in Colchester)
The toilets are Ok. The staff tend to be very busy (expecially at weekends / holidays)
There are nappy changing facilities and a chair within the changing / child toilet area for breastfeeding (expect to be disturbed.
The main thing is that my children always have a great time, just don't go at lunchtime!

Very very disappointed with this place. I've been a few times for parties etc and had the usual complaints: crap food, dirty corners, loud boring music. But the way staff behave when asked for help when chidlren hurt themselves is appalling: they really couldn't care less: no ice packs, no accident report reports, no apologies, just mouthy attitude and couldn't care less boredom. I'm not taking my kids there again and I don't think you should either. It's not safe and it's not fun.

Great softplay, ballpools and lots of slides. Separate area for babies/toddlers.
Seating area for adults gives you a pretty good view of what's going on.
Great place for birthday parties!
